I made this exactly as posted, no one cared for it but my Father and he didn't eant to take the left-overs home so not really sure about him either.
The sald=sa wasn't too bad but I won't be making any of it in the future.

I only made the salsa portion of this recipe and chose instead to make my own piri-piri and lime quesadillas - AMAZING salsa though. Very happy to have found this! I did reduce the amount of sugar added to this significantly as I am trying to eliminate excess sugars in my diet and I knew that the mangos and honey would already contribute more than enough sweetness to this. Next time, I think that I will omit the 1/4 cup granulated sugar entirely. I think it is really sweet enough on its own. I will have to try out the quesadillas next time too - this recipe looks really good.

I loved this recipe! The salsa is absolutely gorgeous and tastes great. Unfortunately my blackening seasoning doesn't have much of a kick to it, but I love the idea of the spicey chicken with fruit salsa. I can't wait to make this one again.

Great quesadillas and salsa. The quesadillas have a deep smoky flavor to them and the bright and perky salsa are perfect with them. I'm pretty much an anti-fruit person -- mixed with savory dishes anyway -- and I was completely surprised that I liked this salsa. I was eating the salsa with a spoon. I like the tartness of the cranberries and the red onions in this. There are enough savory ingredients in the salsa to keep it from being too fruity and sweet. Very good.
