A delicious light dessert. Perfect for the summer


  1. Place mixing bowl and whisk attachment in the refrigerator or freezer for about 15 minutes or until very cold.
  2. Whip the cream until soft peaks form.
  3. Add the sugar and continue to whip until stiff peaks form.
  4. With a rubber spatula gently fold in the blackberry purée, leaving some streaks of the white whipping cream.
  5. Pour the fool into individual wine glasses.
  6. Cover and refrigerate until serving time.
