  1. I loved the flavor and I loved the actual making and cooking of these. I made in a cast iron pan. All the butter and sugar liquid in the pan soaks into the pastry as it cooks. I really thought these were fabulous and have requests to make again! Thanks for posting Lynn! Stacy G. Culinary Quest 2017, Wales.

  2. My husband and I really liked this recipe! We grow our own blackberries and never quite know what to do with all of them. This was pretty easy, although mine didn't come out very pretty.

  3. No way did I think the liquid would cook in-it does and it's divine! It was a battle to get in that photo of my forkful! Sweet, a titch tart with tender pastry...what's not to love! Made for CQ 2017

  4. This cobbler is great. I made it with peaches, with the chef's approval, and we loved it with a cup of coffee. My rolls fell apart, but that was because the weather was too hot. I will make it again with blackberries. Thanks! Made for CQ '17.

  5. This is a "keeper" of a recipe. It was spectacular. It was like warm cinnamon rolls stuffed with sweetened blackberries. It was really easy to prepare, too. We're just about to blackberry season and I'll soon have tons of blackberries (we have 3 huge bushes), so I'm always on the lock-out for blackberry recipes. So I expect I'll make this often in the future. Thanks, Lavender Lynn. Made for Culinary Quest 2017 (Wales).
