My sister gave me this recipe. I drink this in the morning before I go to work.
- 2 cups orange juice
- 1⁄3 cup reduced-fat vanilla yogurt
- 2 medium ripe bananas
- 1⁄2 cup frozen blackberrie
- In a blender combine all the above ingredients.
Mmmm what a wonderful smoothie Silvia de La Sil. It was perfection. I love raw smoothies and this one is the bomb. Packed full of flavor from the banana, blackberries and orange juice. I used thick greek yogurt and did add some wildflower honey (personal preference only) it worked beautifully in this quick and easy to make drink. Thanks so much for sharing a recipe that I will make often. It was perfect, not too thick, creamy, smooth and velvety. Made for Fall Pac/12
Very good! I used 1/2 c. homemade almond milk (which I needed to use up), 1 1/2 c. organic whole milk, 3/4 c. fresh, organic blackberries and 2 organic bananas, and 1/3 c. organic whole milk yogurt. A lot of revisions I know, but a god smoothie nonetheless!
Delicious! I replaced the oj with organic fat free milk, used organic blueberry yogurt, fresh blackberries and added a touch of honey for sweetness. A winning combination! Thank you, Silvia de la Sil!
