- Pour boiling water over tea bag and steep for 1 minute.
- Add sugar and stir to dissolve. Cool.
- Divide blackberries among 4 bowls and pour tea mixture over berries.
- Spoon yogurt over berries.
Yummy! I couldn't find any fresh ones right now so used frozen, and thawed slightly. I loved the flavor of the mint tea and the yogurt put it over the top. Thanks for a delicious snack!
