  • Melt the white chocolate chips and butter together in the microwave in 30 second intervals, stirring in between.
  • Beat in the powdered sugar.
  • Roll the dough into balls and freeze until hard, about 10 minutes.
  • Dip in dark chocolate (you can mix a little shortening, butter or paraffin with it to make it shiny) and then decorate with white chocolate.

I'm 23 years old and I live in Trinidad. One of the islands in the Caribbean. I love baking and have a major sweet tooth but I am trying to cook more savoury foods and I am enjoying trying new recipes. Recently I have come to love photographing the food I make.
