Wonderful unusual drink! Luckily I had black sesame seeds, bought in bulk in China Town in Amsterdam, so I could make this exactly as suggested, and it turned out great. Thanks for posting, I'll make this again!

- 2 tablespoons raw black sesame tahini
- 1 cup raw cashews or 1 cup walnuts
- 1⁄2 cup organic pitted dates (I prefer khadrawy for their creamy, caramel-like texture)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla (real and preferable organic)
- 3 cups water
- 1 cup ice
