- 44.37 ml applesauce (or oil)
- 22.18 ml dark molasses
- 14.79 ml cider vinegar
- 4.92 ml sugar
- 4.92 ml salt
- 4.92 ml dried onion flakes
- 1.23 ml fennel seed
- 12.32 ml caraway seeds
- 157.80 ml oat bran
- 4.92 ml instant coffee granules
- 29.58 ml cocoa powder
- 315.37 ml rye flour
- 473.18 ml bread flour (or all-purpose)
- 12.32 ml active dry yeast
directions
- Place all ingredients in bread pan in order listed by your manufacturer.
- Select medium crust (or white bread) setting.
- Remove from pan at end of baking cycle and cool completely on wire rack.
