A bit different, and very good. I found it a long time ago on the web, and it was credited to the Omalia Cooking School.
- 1⁄2 cup olive oil
- 5 dashes Tabasco sauce
- 1 tablespoon black raspberry preserves
- 1⁄4 cup balsamic vinegar
- In a small bowl, whisk all ingredients together well, then drizzle over your favorite salad.
I was surfing the web and had found this recipe. I cut it in half and had enough for 2 meals. I topped the mixed salad greens with orange and kiwi slices, toasted almond slices, and some shaved parmesan cheese. Made a wonderful presentation. I quite enjoyed the salad and especially the dressing. I would recommend this recipe.
