- Bring water and salt to a boil.
- Rinse dry quinoa well by placing in a sieve and rinsing with cold water until water runs clear.
- Whisk the grains into the boiling water.
- Return to a boil. Reduce heat to low. Simmer, covered, for 15 to 17 minutes.
- Let stand for 5 minutes.
- Fluff with a fork and top with almond milk, avocado, almonds, and honey.
