An interesting change to pizza if you use as a base. Great as a dip also.
- 1 cup black olives, pitted and drained
- 4 cloves garlic
- 1⁄4 cup roasted walnut, chopped
- 1⁄4 cup pine nuts
- 1⁄4 cup romano cheese
- 1⁄2 cup parmesan cheese
- 1⁄2 cup extra virgin olive oil
- Whirl all the ingredients together in a food processor.
- Use as a base for pizza or as a dip.
