Black Eyed Pea Relish

"Great side dish or appetizer. I am ALWAYS asked for this recipe whenever I serve it. This is a fusion recipe that has taken some tasty ingredients from many areas. Use a processor to make the chopping easy and fast. Seems like a lot of ingredients but most are just spices that are normal pantry staples. This goes together very quickly and is really easy to take to pot lucks or picnics. Stores and keeps really well too."

  3. I made half of this recipe for a snack with chips. My kids enjoyed it a lot. It has wonderful flavor and it's full of great veggies they enjoy. Made for ZWT4 for the Tastebud Tickling Travellers.

  4. I scaled the recipe down a little, used fresh corn off the cob. I used pickled jalapeno for the peppers. Nice salad! Made for ZWT4-Fancy Feinschmeckers!

  5. Nice medley of veggies; loved the crunch! I reduced the quantities of peas & corn but left the rest as written. I did cut way down on the salt & added some minced cilantro. We ate it as a side dish rather than with chips. Thanks for posting!
