YUMMY! We own an ice cream parlor and I've seen so many versions of a Black Cow, but this one is the best I've come across. For future chefs: traditionally, you drizzle a little of the chocolate syrup on the bottom and/or sides of glass then add the ice cream and the rest of the chocolate syrup. Pour root beer over all. Eat with a spoon AND a straw! I loved the whipped cream and cherries on this...just had to scoop all the root beer fizz off before adding it. Thanks much!

Really good! I took the advice of another reviewer and drizzled a little choco syrup down the sides of the glass and also topped the ice cream with it. What is not to love about a root beer float, especially when you add chocolate?! Made for PAC Spring 2011.

Now this is what I call a delicious drink! Yummy! I really can't complain about any part of the recipe as it all went well together. Definetely a must try for some one who is trying to hold on to summer nowadays, although today was a really warm and sunny day to enjoy such a drink
