My husband loved these cupcakes, and he's a chocolate freak. I did add 1/2 cup white sugar to the cream filling to tone down the chocolate just a bit. With the extra sugar, even I like them, and I'm not nuts about chocolate.

  1. Mix first group of ingredients well.
  2. Line muffin tin with cupcake papers.
  3. Fill cupcake papers half full.
  4. Blend second group of ingredients.
  5. Place 1 tsp of filling in each cupcake.
  6. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes.
