      Well, I had to sub quit a bit. I thawed out frozen blue, black and raspberries. Used almond meal, 1 T vanilla (even that was pretty strong) and 2 T honey instead of dates. The recipe was pretty vague on the size of the dish, so I used an 8" pie pan and it wasn't enough to cover the sides too. I would make more crust next time, however, I couldn't get it out of the pan (neatly), so I would try a dry sugar next time. I don't have a food processor to process the dates. I drizzled a tiny bit of agave (all I had left) and some powdered sugar. It tasted great, but was hard to serve. Tagged in Fav's of 2009 tag.

      This was so easy, fast and yummy. Used honey in place of Agave and add a dollop of vanilla yogurt with a mint left to make it look pretty. The blueberry got a little lost with so much vanilla, may ??? try cutting the vanilla just a little. We got 4 servings out of this. Will defiantly make aging.
