Good with Cuban pork roast and also with rice.
- 1 (15 ounce) can black beans
- 1 teaspoon oil
- 1 small onion
- 1 teaspoon garlic
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 1⁄2 teaspoon cumin
- 1⁄2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 dash hot pepper flakes
- Heat oil in a pot.
- Saute onions until tender and then add garlic.
- Drain a little liquid (not all) from the beans and add.
- Add vinegar and spices.

Loved this healthy dish! I doubles the beans, onions, garlic and cinnamon. Used chipotle peppers in adobo sauce. Just yummy served over my Orange rice!
