This is a really good with chips or as a side with a Mexican meal. Add what ever veggies you want.
- 1 (14 ounce) can black beans
- 1 1⁄2 cups salsa, use mine # 40826
- 1 avocado, chopped
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- salt and pepper
- Mix ingredients together.
- Let sit at least 1 hour before serving.
- You can add corn, chili peppers, chopped mango, bell pepper or whatever sounds good to you.
