- 8 corn tortillas
- 453.59 g can black beans, rinsed and drained
- 198.44 g can pink salmon, boned and drained
- 59.14 ml fresh lime juice
- 59.14 ml fresh parsley, chopped
- 2.46 ml onion powder
- 2.46 ml celery salt
- 3.69 ml cumin
- 3.69 ml garlic, minced
- 2.46 ml lime zest, grated
- 1.23 ml red pepper flakes, dried
- 1.23 ml chili powder
directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Cut tortillas in triangles and toast oven until crisp, about 5 minutes.
- Combine the beans and salmon, flaking the salmon with a fork.
- Mix remaining ingredients; chill to blend flavors.
- Serve with tortilla chips.
