Yum! I used mater instead of the broth because I didn't have any on hand and this turned out great. I wanted to give this a little more of a southwest taste so I sprinkled in a little cumin and it tastes delicious. Thanks for the recipe!

  1. Process black beans, vegetable broth, tahini, lemon juice and soy sauce in a food processor until smooth.
  2. Season to taste with salt and cayenne pepper.
  3. Blend garlic in, a clove at a time, to suit your taste.
  4. Refrigerate 1 to 2 hours for flavours to blend.
  5. Serve with dippers (whatever you like!).
