I loved this recipe. I changed the ghee to one tablespoon of canola oil as ghee (which I like) contains more saturated fat. Instead of a fresh tomato I used canned diced tomato -- not the whole can of course -- I will definitely make this recipe again. Thank you.

This is a great recipe, easy to make and healthy too. I used two roma tomatoes instead of one medium tomato.

This was very good. I accidentally opened a can of kidney beans instead of black beans, so in they went, as did thyme in place of the cilantro. I also threw in a few dashes of red pepper sauce for some heat, and I threw a cup of wild rice I had leftover in the fridge. Delish! Thanks for a great recipe.

This was very good over brown rice. We're eating the leftovers tonite. I added carrots and celery since I needed to use them up. Going in the keeper file. Thanks.

This dish was very easy, fast and quite tasty. I always use dried/soaked/cooked beans rather than the canned, but I'm sure its similar in taste.

I really liked this dish. So fast to make and flavorful. I used sundried tomatoes in place of fresh ones and I didn't have any cilantro. Thanks for sharing (Made for "I Recommend")

This is so good. I loved everything about it. I did clarify the butter but do wonder if regular butter would have done the job. I did serve it over white rice as I am not a fan of the brown rice. My son liked it a lot but my husband not so much. I am still giving 5 stars because he really doesn't like cabbage much to start with and he did eat it! I am claiming the leftovers!! Thanks for posting this very good recipe.

This made a very nice dinner. I had this with sour cream and cilantro and it was mild and yummy! I used margarine and I don't think it made a lot of difference in the taste. I halved the recipe and it was plenty for just one person.I made this for the pick a chef challenge. Thanks Kathy.
