While I LOVE all the individual ingredients in this recipe, I felt it was missing *something.* I added a bit of feta cheese which def helped...but even so this recipe didn't WOW me and I prob won't make it again. Sorry, but thanks for sharing!

What an explosion of freshness! YUM! This is totally guilt free and I loved it. The only thing bad that I did (without feeling guilty) is cut the recipe in half BUT still used 1/4 cup olive oil and 2 tbls fresh lime juice. I think I will go eat the rest now.
