  1. Bring vegetable broth to boil in 4 qt or larger pot.
  2. Stir in all other ingredients except for the cheese.
  3. Reduce heat to medium and allow to simmer.
  4. Cook for approximately 6-8 minutes until noodles are tender.
  5. Stir occasionally.
  6. Sprinkle parmesan cheese on top and enjoy!
