Black Bean and Mango Salad

ingredients
- 1 (15 ounce) can black beans, drained and rinsed (I used Bush's)
- 2 cups mangoes, diced
- 1 cup red sweet bell pepper, diced
- 6 green onions, thinly sliced
- 1⁄4 cup cilantro leaf, chopped (you can substitute 2 T. of dried)
- 1⁄4 cup fresh lime juice (fresh is best)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- salt
directions
- combine ingredients in a bowl - toss, let it rest for about 2 hours, serve cold.
