Very easy to make, colorful, healthy side salad to complement any dish. I made the recipe as written, except I used a little less than 1/2 tsp of curry instead of cumin. It tasted delightful!

Delicious!!! We had this with whole wheat bread for a simple, vegetarian supper. It's a very fresh dish that comes together in no time. My husband thought it would be delicious with some chicken, lettuce, & salsa in a soft tortilla as a burrito. It's reminiscent of Chipotle restaurant's rice & corn salsa. This will be served often in our home. Thanks for a good one!!!

I had to try this since all the reviews said they didn't change a thing...which never happens. So I fought off the urge to add more of the dressing...per my daughter. While my DH thought it was "OK" I and everyone else loved it just the way it was written. Healthy and Light. Can't wait to make it for our next pot luck!

Excellent*******************************************************.I don't like salads but this salad is sooooooooooooooo yummy that i ate half of the bowl .serving quantity is three . I add little bit of honey mustard and one thai pepper .Thankyou so much

Loved this! I used only 1 can of beans and I used canned corn instead of frozen. I thought it turned out great and will be making it again! Thank you for the recipe!!

This was a quick, easy and delicious meal - we had it as a main dish. I think that the next time we make it we will add some cubed grilled chicken and possbily some fresh diced tomatoes. Thanks for the recipe.

This is an excellent foundation recipe. Very adaptable! I used Israeli couscous, frozen mixed veg, roasted red peppers, chives and parsley as that's what was handy and it was fantastic. I too used only 1 can of black beans as it makes a big bowl of salad. Next time will be sure to have the cilantro on hand
