This recipe is great for two reasons. First, it's quick and easy to make. Second, it has a nice blend of a few ingredients which gives it a refreshing taste. I used 3-bean mix instead of black bean mix, and red wine vinegar instead of balsamic vinegar. It's a light salad which I'll be making often. Thanks Inez.

This is very good, as is, but I too added chopped green, red & yellow pepper for color and a little celery. I have some left over and am going to add some cooked pasta for another meal.
Great basic recipe. I made it as is the first time, then for the second serving, I added cumin and cilantro, plus used lime juice instead of lemon, and cut back a bit on the vinegar because I prefer lime. I also added chopped green and red peppers. It was even better the next day. Easy and colorful recipe. Ole!
This recipe is tops and also, a healty choice. Best on top or romaine lettuce. Also, for and added touch I added some no salt peanuts.
I love recipes where you can throw everything into a bowl and stir. I halved everything except the corn and found it a good proportion of beans/corn that way. Thanks for sharing this.

Very fast to pull together for a last minute dish to take to a potluck meal. I had to use a sweet onion rather than a red onion, but followed the recipe otherwise. The flavors blended very well. I could also see adding some chick peas or cannelloni beans or pasta to it as well.
Loved it. Didn't have cilantro, but chopped up romaine lettuce. I'm sure it would be even better with the cilantro. Thanks!
