I was skeptical at all the spices in this, however, it really tasted great and was a hit at the 4th of July. The cinamon and brown sugar make this dip a little different and interesting. I scaled this down quite a bit from 8 cups, and so estimated all the spices. By about 1/4. Also, I found frozen mix of gold/white corn kernals that worked great.
