This icing can be used for many different things. Great for pound cakes. Super easy!
- 1⁄2 cup milk
- 3 1⁄2 cups marshmallows
- 1 tablespoon strong coffee
- 1 (12 ounce) package chocolate chips
- 1 cup heavy cream, whipped
- Combine first 4 ingredients in a double boiler and cook until marshmallows are melted.
- Cool; fold in the whipped cream.
- Refrigerate until serving time.
