These are delicious but I had some issues with the recipe. I started with too much apple(my 6-8 apples were LARGE), therefore ran out of crust. I feel like I should note that if you use pre-made crust you may prefer to roll it out a little thinner or it becomes too crusty for such a small portion of apple once in its individual sizes. I used muffin tins for mine and had a hard time imagining how anyone got this into mini-muffin sizes, also maybe I didn't dice my apples small enough?

These are wonderful! Had to run out and get some oatmeal, I haven't had any on hand for sooo long! The topping is to die for! It all just worked out beautifully. I used my own crust(I was feeling spry hehe) Thank you Sharon for sharing such a wonderful dessert!

This is something that's on the back end of my diet plan...fruity AND fibery. Understand me, I said diet plan, not diet. ;-) Seriously delicious!

MMMM ... these are so tasty and great for one serving. I don't care for pie crust so I left it out of mine but everyone else got crust and raved about these little mini pies. These would be great for gift giving. I wonder how they would freeze?
