I love this recipe. I hate buying Bisquick, because even stored in the fridge it eventually gets a bit rancid before I can use it. AND it is expensive!!! This way I can make it when I need it. I made this even easier by just throwing everything in the food processor and whirring it a few seconds. Made for Spring 2011 PAC game.

I used this recipe in Zucchini Fritters and it worked out well. I like to be able to do it. It's not something I buy. Thanks Half Hearted Chef :) Made for All you can cook buffet

Bisquick is practically non-existent here. I doubt if anyone would even know what it is. So-I was very happy to see that there are clone recipes for this. Since this is a recipe for a small portion I decided to try it. Very easy to put together and also easy to double, triple or more. Used it to make Nut Bread. Yes, I am happy to have found this recipe especially since it is for a small portion and can be made and used without any leftovers. Thanks for posting. Made for PAC-Spring 2010.
