This was a hit with the whole family (including my 16 month old). I made 8 mini-loaves that baked for about 30 minutes. The only changes I made were to use 1 egg and 2 egg replacements (flax & water). I also added extra cinnamon and some nutmeg. I cut the sugar back to 1 cup, but next time will cut back further to about 3/4 cup. I will make this again and again!

I made this yesterday and the taste was ok but a little bland. I did sub. craisins for the raisins ( I have none raisin eater). Good texture but taste was not pumpkin enough for me. Next time I will probably add pumpkin pied spice to it. Good quick recipe.

This was lovely! I ran out of raisins and didn't realize it so I used Orange Craisins instead and it worked just fine. I also made 3 mini loaves and a mini bundt cake, but next time I think I can squeeze out an extra loaf. Also will try some chopped walnuts added to the batter and perhaps srinkled on top just before baking. Thanks for sharing this treat!

I found this recipe last year. I made it so much until I knew the ingredients by heart. It is so easy to make and so delish. I add nutmeg and cinnamon because I found it spices up the flovor. I love this and so do my friends and family

I thought this was delicious...with the following changes. I used Trader Joe's Multigrain Baking Mix instead of Bisquick. I also added ginger and vanilla. I also substituted Splenda for sugar. The people I served it to loved it--it was gone in a flash. Next time I think I will try substituting some applesauce for the oil and maybe omitting the raisins.

Love this recipe....I made muffins instead of the bread. I left out the raisins. I cooked them for about 25 minutes and I cut the sugar in half. My kids 2 and 4 couldn't get enough. They were gone in less than 12 hours. This is much easier than other recipes I've tried and equally tasty!
