Bisquick Chocolate Chip Bars

READY IN: 35mins
Recipe by daggersmommy

So easy, incredibly yummy and chewy. The recipe calls for 1 cup of chocolate chips but I use about 1 and a half. ***UPDATE***Just an added note, I've used a copycat version of bisquick and it turns out VERY greasy so you might want to reduce the oil content if you are using a homemade baking mix.

I love this recipe, i have made them 3 times in the last week fir different functions I have attended. They have all been eaten and everyone asks for the recipe. I added milk chocolate chips and Kraft carmel bits to the first batch and mixed them in. I used white chocolate chips and macadamia nuts in an other, then reese pieces and mini chocolate chips to the last one. They were all delicious and turned out perfect. I did change the rwcipe slightly. I added just a couple of extra tablespoons of oil, and instead of 1 1/2 cups of white sugar i use 1/2 cup of white sugar and a half of a cup of brown sugar.
