Doubled the recipe and used ground beef instead of turkey. Also added a package of taco seasoning to the beef and made it a mexican pie. Everyone thought it was delish.

This was sooo yummy! I love that it's very easy & you can change it around. I used lean ground beef, & instead of 1 cup of onion, I used about 1/2 cup of onion seasoning. My kids loved it, my husband likes it & I adore it. I do add extra cheese, & I use colby & jack cheese mix. Love this & it's great for busy nights!

easy to make, I used ground beef as my kids prefer it to turkey. They ate it and didn't complain, hence a 4 star.

Made this for the family and we loved it. The only changes I did was use onion powder instead of onions and I used low fat Bisquick. Will definitely play around with this. I like the idea the other poster had about adding mushrooms and other spices.

Yes, a definite crowd pleaser. I always put a clove of minced garlic in with the meat as it cooks. I also only use about 1/2 cup onions. Also add mushrooms. Wonderful with velveeta if you have it :) FYI. . .Trader Joe's has a whole wheat version of Bisquick that is very inexpensive and heathly that you can use in this recipe too!
