SO YUMMY! I replaced the blueberries with chocolate chips, used 1/2c sugar (like others suggested) and a tsp of vanilla. They were light and fluffy with a slightly crunch top. Thanks for the recipe.

I was able to whip these up in a snap! I made mini muffins and a few large ones with this recipe. They were delicious! I was hesitant about the bisquick as an ingredient, but the end result was fabulous! They were light and airy and I would make these again.

Yummy! I love this easy recipe with fresh blueberries! Light, fluffy, and just the right amount of sweet. My husband loves them with a side of bacon for breakfast...or as a standalone snack.

EXCELLENT! One suggestion - less sugar but then I don't like really sweet things. Next time I'll put less sugar in them and sprinkle a little on top. Highly recommend these.

Just made these and they were delicious! Yes, I added a cup of blueberries (frozen) and more sugar than recipe based on other comments. But that was it, everything else so very easy. One bowl and one measuring cup leaves little clean up (love that) and I also lined the cupcake tray with cupcake holders and sprayed inside the holders. I had to re-sign up for food.com because I rarely make comments and couldn't remember my original authentication but just had to say this is a fantastic recipe. DH is on his 3rd and they've only been out of the oven for 8 minutes!!

AAARGH, tried them in mini muffin tins and they stuck like mad. On the good side though, they tasted great! I upped the sugar to 2/3 cup (I like sweeter muffins), and used some frozen blueberries I had from the u-pick place last year. Will make again. Thanks!!
Update - made again in mini wrappers this time (and sprayed them before filling). Came out wonderful! Thanks!!

I had never made muffins using biscuit mix before, but I'm glad I tried them. They are soft and tender, flavorful, and quick. I needed a quick muffin recipe this morning where I didn't have to soften or melt and cool butter; the oil meant I could get these in the oven and out in time for breakfast. I did have more fresh blueberries than the recipe called for and I used all of them. I think they were perfect!

Wow, so easy and divine! I used 1 cup of my fresh blueberries, and did not change a thing cept to use paper muffin cups. Used reduced fat Bisquick, and did not even need butter, :) Great recipe to use again and again! Thanks, :)
