I agree with another reviewer that the measurements are odd. I found that if you change it to six servings, it makes things a bit easier. I added a teaspoon of cinnamon, mostly just because I knew my little boy would be eating them without syrup (I didn't add chocolate chips). this was pretty good. i added some peanutbutter and used my own baking mix. i found your measurments confusing, and i needed to make more than 1 serving. so, i ended up just guessing on how much to use. i layered the chocolate chips in between 2 pancakes and they melted to "glue" them together. my todder ate his up with no complaints, but i found it a tiny bit bland. next time i think i'll add some cinnamon.people found this review Helpful.
