Bison Steak Marinade

"A basic, healthy bison steak marinade."

ingredients

• 33.27 ml olive oil
• 33.27 ml balsamic vinegar
• 29.58 ml very finely chopped fresh rosemary
• 29.58 ml very finely chopped fresh sage
• 29.58 ml very finely chopped fresh thyme
• 4 garlic cloves, very finely chopped
• 1 lemon, zest of

1. Mix all ingredients together until well combined. Use to marinate steaks at least 2 hours and up to overnight.

DELILLLLCIOUS!!!! Made it for a Bison Ribeye and let sit overnight until the next evening when I cooked it. So flavorful. I also added smoked paprika and pink salt.
