I didn't see this posted anywhere! I think even though it's on the box, it should be here too.
- 2 1⁄4 cups Bisquick
- 2⁄3 cup rice milk
- Mix ingredients until a soft dough forms.
- On a surface sprinkled with Bisquick, carefully knead dough 10 times.
- Roll dough to 1/2 inch thick and cut with a 2 1/2 inch round cookie cutter.
- Place on cookie sheet and bake at 475 degrees for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown.
Thank you for this. I made homemade version of bisquick from this site and realized I didn't have the instructions for making biscuits.
Sorry forgot the comment I was going to make.... yes it is on the box... but I bought Bisquick "Heart Healthy" mix, works the same, no transfats... but they have different recipes on the box for low cal and smaller portions... SO I was very happy someone posted this :))) Thanks
