Ingredients Nutrition

  • 1 12 lbs 80% lean ground beef
  • 1 cup onion, chopped
  • 12 cup sour cream
  • 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup or 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of chicken soup
  • 14 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 14 cup ketchup
  • 1 (10 ounce) containerrefrigerated biscuit dough
  • 14 cup parmesan cheese, grated

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Brown ground beef and onions, drain.
  3. Combine sour cream, soup and milk.
  4. Add salt, ketchup and ground beef mixture.
  5. Turn into 2 qt casserole dish.
  6. Bake for 10 minutes.
