I think this is a very good recipe. The directions are clear, the times and amounts are accurate, and in the end, I have found myself very fond of these biscotti. I will admit that I had been expecting something a little sweeter, like the other, more cookie-like biscotti I have had in the past. These are rusks. I did frost them with sugar cookie frosting, which I think makes them delicious. Thank you for the recipe, Elly.
