I made this in my school home economics class. It turned out disgusting!
Used frozen hashbrowns instead of making my own (too early). This is terrific. I bet melted cheese on top would be an awesome addition.
This was a wonderful breakfast treat. I used my cast iron skillet and fried the hash browns over medium-low heat. After adding the egg on top, set the lid on the skillet and cooked for 4 minutes until the egg was set and the yolk still soft.
