We love this recipe..I use sugar free and lower fat cream cheese and other my healthy ingredients..with no apparent change in taste

  1. In large bowl combine gelatin and hot water.
  2. Stir well till gelatin dissolves.
  3. Add the pineapple, do not drain, and cherry pie filling.Pour into 8x10 glass dish.
  4. Chill until set.
  5. Soften the cream cheese and mix well with the sugar.
  6. Blend in the sour cream and vanilla extract.
  7. Spread over gelatin mixture.
  8. Sprinkle with nuts.
