- 3 -4 lbs boneless beef brisket
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 (18 ounce) bottle barbecue sauce
- Preheat oven to 350*.
- Place meat, fat side up, on rack in baking pan. Place onion and garlic on top of brisket. Bake 1 hour. Pour barbecue sauce over meat; cover bake about 2 hours or until meat almost falls apart. Skim off fat. Cut meat against the grain.
