Yum...Different, with brandy.


  1. Boil water and sugar to a simple syrup, not over cooking, or it will be too syrupy.
  2. Add coffee and brandy.
  3. Pour into dark bottles, and add 1 vanilla bean per bottle.
  4. Shake once every day for 7 days.
  5. Remove and keep vanilla beans (they can be reused).
  6. Store in a cool, dark place.
