I made this recipe just like it said, but I also added one pound of sausge cooked and cooled to it. It was fantastic that way, and made a one dish meal. My 4 year old loved it. Thanks for sharing.

I halved this recipe since i'm cooking for one, but it was awesome!! I didn't chop the spinach since I had baby leaves and I used mozzarella instead of parm. DEEE-LISH! Thanks for a great recipe!

Oh this was delicious and so easy to make. MY little ones even ate it 9one with ketchup though but I give her credit for trying as she is often a picky eater). This reminds me of a quiche less the pie shell. I think next time I will experiment with some sliced cherry tomatoes and add a little feta cheese. It was great the way it was though and we will certainly make it again. It went great with our dinner and move theme and we watched Spongebob-the Movie, of course! Thanks Anme!

WWWHHOOOOOOOO...lives in a pineapple under the sea??!!! Have not tried yet, but surely will- DH and I are big fans of our little yellow sponge friend (sad-I know.) Will report back, but this seems like it will be even tastier than normal spinach casserole, with the addition of the bisquick. I'll be back!

We loved this, and the name too. The name was enough to draw me in to make this, and it was a hit! I followed this exactly, only added frozen spinach instead of fresh. This tasted marvelous, and certainly filled all the empty pockets in Dennis tum. I truly wouldn't change anything as this is a great recipe. This dish made a lovely presentation and when it starts to firm up as it finishes cooking the aroma is enough to bring you in from running around on a hard day. Thanks so much, Anme. This is a keeper :D

I think the name is a bit misleading, and probably has to do with the fact that the recipe was found on a kid's site originally. There isn't any seeweed in this recipe unless you decide to garnish it like described in the last step (which I didn't). BUT, I think this made for a great lunch or light dinner. I used Baking Mix Aka "bisquick" instead of store bought Bisquick, and cut the recipe in half (but still used a whole onion). I also used fresh oregano from my garden. I baked it in a 8x8 square pan, and think the recipe was just great.
