"I use this recipe for my Caribbean salmon."

ingredients

• 6 tablespoons brown sugar
• 4 teaspoons dried thyme
• 4 teaspoons allspice
• 4 teaspoons onion powder
• 2 teaspoons nutmeg

directions

1. Mix all ingredients.
2. Put into bag, date, and seal.

This is a nice rub with a subtle flavor that goes well with fish. I used it on salmon steaks, tossed them on the George Foreman Grill and had a terrific entree in a matter of minutes. Thanks!
