      Lovely bread when toasted for breakfast. Easy to make and full of all those good for you items.

      WOW, wow, wow! This bread is amazing! I loved the texture and taste of this yummy bread. So full of seeds and all things good with a lovely golden crust and soft yet firm centre. I made half the recipe and ended up baking it in a standard loaf pan as my dough was too wet to shape into anything really. Evenso it only needed the 45 minutes of baking time stated in the recipe.
      I used salt (but only half of it) and soured milk and a mix of seeds I had on hand. It worked out so nicely and tasted good both toasted and untoasted. Ill surely make this healthy bread often again! THANK YOU SO MUCH for sharing a real winner with us, Sharon!

      MMMMMM, I love this bread! For some unknown reason, I had a jar of dulse flakes in my cupboard, and searching 'zaar, led me to this recipe. So glad it did because this one is a keeper! I made a few changes because this recipe seemed open to that. First I used flax meal instead of flax seed (because that was in the pantry). Also, in place of the millet, I used a 7-grain cereal mix (that probably had millet in it). I also subbed 1 cup whole spelt flour for one of the all purpose. (And I used almond milk.) So with all that said, the result was a GREAT dense, chewy, nutty-ish, delicious bread. It does remind me a bit of soda bread, but even better. Don't let the long ingredient list turn you off, this is super easy to make -- measure, stir, shape, bake, eat. Great recommendation to toast it. I think it's too chewy to use as a sandwich bread, but FANTASTIC to serve warm and crunchy.
