Big Sandwich

"My mom found this recipe in one of her taste of home magazines. i love it. i usually make it when i'm on shift work. i have it for supper one night and have enough left that i don't have to cook for another three days. i also use a little less salt than what the recipe calls for."

  2. This is a brilliant way of making lunches to take to work, I made this the night before and all of us at home took some for work the next day! I didn't use the roasted red peppers but did add the horseradish which gave a lovely kick along with the mustard! Thanks for this recipe it's a keeper!
