- 1 teaspoon ketchup

- Place 1 jar of tarter sauce in a bowl
- add 1 tsp of ketchup at a time
- taste frequently.

Works, but not all tartar sauce. To recreate this recipe you need a tartar sauce that is more dilly than sweet similar to the sauce found in a fillet o fish. Beaver foods seafood tartar sauce and heinz ketchup work well.

Love tartar sauce & love ketchup, but somehow they didn't taste as well together as I anticipated. It doesn't resemble Big Mac sauce, either. I really wanted to like this more.
