  1. My above rating should of definetly been a five star (forgot to put star rating). I make this all the time, it's the best!I never add the 2 tbsp of water, as I like it extra thick.

  2. Well I've tried alot of Ceasar Salad recipes, and I have to tell you this has got to be the best and easiest dressing I have ever made. I don't like to try new recipes out without trying them before hand, But I had 12 people over for dinner and I made the dressing (added alittle more garlic and lemon) It was a hit. Since then I have had many request for this recipe. Thank you thank you!

  3. I'm in heaven, Big John! My husband and I have been looking for the ultimate Caesar dressing recipe and this is it! I made it exactly to your recipe. I used a fresh egg. I used Parmesan-Reggiano, fresh garlic (which tastes absolutely wonderful in there), freshly ground pepper, and my favorite olive oil. I didn't have lemons, so I used the refrigerated stuff. The search is over for me. This is FABULOUS!

  4. Truly the best Caesar salad dressing I've tasted.

Tweaks

  1. Made this again following your recipe to the letter - divine. Thank you.

  2. Scrapped the water and used Worcestershire Sauce, used balsamic vinegar jnstead of lemon juice, no anchovies, no sugar and no parsley so threw in a spoonful of chimichurri - why not?! I realise that this is not the original but it turned out great and I will make your recipe to the letter when I go home. Thanks!

  3. Half the pepper, and no sugar. It's excellent.

  4. Really great. I left out the water and substituted Worcestershire sauce for the anchovy paste since I had none. Used fresh garlic but bottled lemon juice. Everyone liked it a lot. Thanks for a fast, easy and very yummy dressing.

  5. Incredible! I am very glad that I came across this. The best dressing I have ever had. My Husband and 4 year old daughter LOVED it also. Instead of the anchovy paste I had to use anchovies, so I threw everything in the blender and mixed it that way. I also found the equivalent of anchovies to anchovy paste just to be exact in flavor.
