      Easy, quick and nice blend of cinnamon and apples, great for a crowd. Can see using other fruits and berries too. I probably got mine a little to thick, more like a cake but very good with butter and syrup.

      What a lovely recipe Hal. We enjoyed this treat very much. It was quick and easy to make and tasted like a warm apple pie. The pancake was light and fluffy with a terrific apple topping, slightly sweet with the right amount of cinnamon. Thanks for sharing your recipe. Made for Spring Pac 2014.

      Made these as given here & they were delicious, especially since I served them with a spread of apple butter ~ Not too sweet, & we loved 'em! Thanks for sharing the recipe! [Made & reviewed for one of my adopted chefs in this Spring's Pick A Chef event]
