This is used in Middle Eastern and North African cooking. It adds a wonderful kick to stews (tagines), etc. Use just a pinch or so - it's pretty strong. Store just as you would any other spice mix.
- dried rose petals, from 1 to 2 organically grown roses
- 1⁄2 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
- 1⁄4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
